Welcome to the official IT Services AI Support Knowledge Base for San Mateo County Community College District. Various AI tools are available to users in our district, and ITS aims to provide users with technical support and guidance to help them leverage AI in the best way possible.

Only the AI tools listed on this page are approved and supported by ITS. Access to individual tools may be subject to additional prerequisites.
Use of third-party AI tools not included on this list is not permitted. Users may submit requests for additional AI tools; however, such requests must undergo significant district-wide review and are approved only in limited circumstances.
